Q. Where can I send you my music/art/fan letters, etc?
A. Unfortunately, we do not accept unsolicited music or art, but feel free to send all your love letters to: info@ohboy.com. For physical fan mail, our mailing address is PO Box 150222, Nashville, TN 37215 USA.

Q. Do you ever sell your mailing list? 
A. NO! Just like you, we hate junk mail. It is our policy to NEVER sell or rent our mailing list to anyone else. Rest assured that if you join our mailing list (catalog or e-mail) you will never get junk mail because of us.

Q. What is the turnaround time on orders?
A. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Our standard method of shipping is U.S. Mail, with an expected shipping time of 2-3 business days.

Q. I live in Canada, will you ship to me?

A. Yes!

Q. I live in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, etc. Will you ship to ME?
A. Yep!

A. You betcha!

Q. Why do I have to enter my e-mail address?
A. In order for your order to be processed properly, we must have a valid e-mail address. Not only does it allow us to contact you directly should there be a problem with your order, but it also enables our processing software to automatically e-mail you an order confirmation. Without this information, your order will not be delivered to our fulfillment department and will significantly delay your order.

Q. How do you handle backorders?
A. In the unlikely event that we run out of a particular item, you will be notified of a backorder and we will make arrangements to ship it to you when it is placed back in stock.

Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
A. Anything you purchase from our website is guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials. For return or exchange requests, please send your item for return or exchange, the order number and a note specifying what you'd like to do to the below address:

Refunds are issued once we receive your item. Please allow 2-3 weeks for exchanges to be processed and shipped out. Purchases from local retailers must be returned where the purchase was made. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, but they are eligible for refunds. 

Q. How do pre-orders work? 
A. If you have pre-ordered a record you will receive the record when it is ready to ship in the future. Estimated ship days will be updated on the product page. If you order other items with a pre-order, those will ship together at the time of release, unless otherwise noted.
